Golden Mic Entertianment was formed in 2000 by Fame One Alexander.
The concert promotion and management company,
gives an outlet to striving urban artists
who want to stay true to their own vision.
Mainly driven by the Hip Hop culture, Golden
Mic Entertianment would also like to branch
out and focus on different music styles,
such as, Jungle, Trip Hop, Acid Jazz, Funk
and Soul. Staying away from the minstream,
Golden Mic Entertianment is fueled by taken
the roads less traveled and trying new and
innovative things to expand and develop the
music culture.
Northern Flow is Golden Mic Entertainment's
monthly concert showcasing up and coming
local talents who agree with Golden Mic's
vision. From the first jam on November 25th,
2000, with Obe One featuring The Grooveholems
and Cryptik Souls, Northern Flow has been
a popular York Region music stage for music
lovers of all ages to catch the next superstars.
